How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
We aim to attend the same day, subject to our current workload and engineer availability. When you call, we'll give you an honest time.
Do you service ice machines?
Yes. We service, clean, fault-find and repair commercial ice machines, including Hoshizaki and Scotsman.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Our planned maintenance contracts include scheduled visits, cleaning, system checks and a full report on every unit, so faults are caught before they stop service.
Are you F-Gas certified?
Yes. North Refrigeration Services Ltd is a REFCOM F-Gas certified company, and all refrigerant work is carried out by certified engineers.
Can you work on managed sites and in hotels?
Yes. We prepare RAMS and method statements, arrange permits such as hot works permits, and plan work around your service and your guests.
Do you offer out-of-hours cover?
Yes, for our existing and contract customers, who can reach us around the clock. New customers can call during the working day and we'll arrange a visit as quickly as we can.
Can I send you photos of the problem?
Yes, please do. Message us on WhatsApp on 07939 947556 with a photo or short video of the fault and the equipment's data plate, and we'll come prepared.
Do you install air conditioning in homes?
Yes. We install quiet, efficient systems in bedrooms, home offices and garden rooms, neatly and with minimal disruption.
